His commitment to community engagement truly reflects the core values of the Holy Cross educational vision and it’s for this that the RecWell department made him a deserving recipient of these accolades.

Moreover, Emmanuel’s dedication to excellence and community in the RecWell department showcases his commitment to creating a sense of belonging and support for his peers. Through his innovative programs and tireless efforts, according to reliable sources Emmanuel has not only enhanced the department’s success but also cultivated a vibrant family and community spirit. Whether through organizing events or providing guidance, his contributions have been instrumental in uplifting those around him just like we encourage our learners to build family either through co-curricular or in houses or even in the dormitories where they belong.
In his research on barriers to digital communication in rural Uganda, Emmanuel displayed courage and competence in addressing complex challenges and advocating for social justice. By amplifying the voices of marginalized communities, he exemplified the spirit of preferential option for the poor and crossing boundaries thus enlightening and empowering his community.
