Faithful Governance
The Board of Directors of Holy Cross Lake View SSS is entrusted with the stewardship of the school's mission, ensuring that every decision aligns with the Holy Cross charism of "Educators in Faith." The board provides strategic direction, oversees financial integrity, and supports the Headteacher in realizing the school's vision of forming young people in mind, heart, and spirit.
Composed of dedicated members from the Congregation of Holy Cross, education professionals, legal experts, and community leaders, the board meets quarterly to review progress, approve policies, and guide the school's growth and development.
Rev. Fr. Peter Caxton Mayanja, C.S.C., serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holy Cross Lake View SSS. A devoted member of the Congregation of Holy Cross, Fr. Peter brings profound spiritual wisdom, extensive leadership experience, and an unwavering commitment to the Holy Cross educational mission. Under his guidance, the board provides faithful stewardship, ensuring that every decision advances the school's vision of forming young people in mind, heart, and spirit.

Standing Committees
Finance & Audit Committee
Oversees financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, and annual audits. Ensures transparent and responsible stewardship of school resources. Chaired by Mr. John Baptist Okello.
Academic Affairs Committee
Reviews academic policies, monitors student performance, and supports curriculum development to maintain excellence in teaching and learning. Chaired by Dr. Sarah Nabatanzi.
Development & Infrastructure Committee
Oversees campus expansion, maintenance projects, and capital campaigns. Leads strategic planning for the school's physical development. Chaired by Mr. David Ssekamwa.
Mission & Formation Committee
Ensures the school's Catholic identity and Holy Cross charism are integrated into all aspects of school life — from curriculum to co-curricular activities. Chaired by Sr. Immaculate Nambi, C.S.C.
Governance Structure
The Board of Directors operates under the sponsorship of the Congregation of Holy Cross, Province of East Africa. The board is composed of 9–11 members who serve staggered three-year terms, renewable once. Meetings are held quarterly, with special sessions convened as needed.
The board works in close collaboration with the Headteacher, who serves as the chief executive officer of the school, implementing board policies and overseeing day-to-day operations. Together, they ensure that Holy Cross Lake View SSS remains faithful to its mission of forming young people in mind, heart, and spirit.
